Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Hoetzin LLC. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to access our bootcamps. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Hoetzin services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally able to form a binding contract.

Hoetzin offers live, online bootcamps in software engineering, AI, cybersecurity, data analytics, and more. Each bootcamp includes structured coursework, mentorship, and career support.

You must create an account to access Hoetzin programs. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

Tuition may be paid via upfront payment, third-party financing, or internal installment plans. Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our refund policy.

Full refund is available within 7 days of enrollment and before attending any live sessions. Partial refund is available if withdrawal occurs within the first 25% of the program. No refund is provided after completing 25% of the program.

Refund requests must be submitted via email. Any used services (mentorship, tools, etc.) may be deducted from the refund amount.

All materials, recordings, templates, and code shared in workshops or events are owned by Hoetzin LLC. Participants may not reuse or redistribute any materials for commercial purposes.

Hoetzin may reuse participant-created content for educational or promotional use. Events may be recorded, and participation implies consent.

All content and materials provided by Hoetzin are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license for personal, educational use only.

All users must maintain respectful behavior across all interactions. Hoetzin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violations.

Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Hoetzin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved under Delaware jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
