At the Hoetzin Career Center, our mission is to turn your learning into real-world success. We don’t just help you graduate, we help you get hired. From day one, you’ll have access to a structured career support system designed to guide you toward your first tech role with confidence.

Throughout your program, you’ll attend live tech talks led by industry professionals, giving you insight into current trends, tools, and employer expectations. You’ll also take part in career workshops that cover everything from personal branding to job search strategies, helping you stand out in a competitive market.

And when it comes to personalized guidance, we’ve got you covered. You’ll receive 1-to-1 support from dedicated career advisors through resume reviews, mock interviews, LinkedIn and GitHub feedback, and job readiness coaching, all tailored to your goals.

Career Advising

At Hoetzin, career advising is a personalized, hands-on experience designed to prepare you for success in the U.S. tech job market. From day one, you’ll work with expert advisors who help you define your goals, build your brand, and navigate every stage of the hiring process with confidence.

Every Hoetzin student receives one year of LeetCode Premium access to sharpen problem-solving skills and tackle technical interviews used by leading U.S. tech companies. With access to real-world coding challenges, you’ll build the confidence to excel in whiteboard interviews and assessments.

Our approach is grounded in three key pillars: one-on-one mentorship, targeted skill-building, and interview preparation. Through mock interviews, resume and LinkedIn reviews, and live coaching, we help you stand out and step into the tech industry fully prepared.

At Hoetzin, we connect every student and alumnus with experienced tech mentors who offer personalized guidance, industry insight, and support. Whether you’re exploring career paths, preparing for interviews, or making a transition, your mentor helps you move forward with confidence.

Lifetime membership

Career mentorship is free for all Hoetzin alumni for life. You’ll only ever pay the hourly mentor rate included in your program fees. For non-Hoetzin learners, this service is available at an additional cost.
